People that are posting subliminals to YouTube have one goal. That is to get views. Lots of them. This is how they make money. The more views they get the more money they are going to make from that posted video. So if you see a subliminal on YouTube that claims you can make a million in the next 30 days without working are you really going to believe that? A popular video is growing taller. You should also know that to make subliminal messages work they need to be produced correctly.

This takes an understanding of how the subconscious mind works. In general subliminals on their own are completely safe. Unless you come across one that was created for evil purposes. Or YouTube channels with negative affirmations in their subliminal audio. It all depends on how they were recorded. Most of them have audio affirmations recorded in the background.

This is a better way to produce them compared to visual subliminals. Visual subliminals flash a message on the screen for a very short time, a fraction of a second.

The problem with this is you have to be constantly looking at the screen, watching the video. Videos uploaded to YouTube also lose some of their quality they are compressed upon upload. This takes away some of the effectiveness of the subliminal YouTube videos. Another thing I would like to mention is that the person that uploaded the video has no obligation to you. They can make the title sound really good and just throw up a blank video. Do they ever show a list of affirmations that are recorded on the subliminal?

Almost all the ones we tested did not. Are they hiding something? If it is a subliminal weight loss audio then it must have positive weight loss messages recorded on it. Or visual subliminal messages and not just music with no messages. I am not saying they are all bad there are many good ones.

The problem is that you do not know which ones are effective or not. As far as how effective the subliminals are, that is going to depend on how they were created and uploaded. Like I said before a lot of creators just create videos with no affirmations on them as they are much faster to produce. There is also a factor in uploading videos. YouTube compresses them as they are being uploaded, we are not sure how much or to what extent they are compressed.

But they do have a loss of quality. This is especially true if you download them. Downloading subliminals from YouTube will lose some of its audio quality which is necessary for the subliminal to be effective. As a note, you should not go by the comments. As an experiment a while ago, we uploaded a video that claimed you can grow taller instantly while you listen.
